Work at Home for Parental Control Software KidsWatch

 

Computer Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking part-time level 1 tech support for its parental control software package, KidsWatch.  You must be available eight hours per day, and be able to pick up 7 to 12 calls per day, Monday through Saturday.  This is a telecommute opportunity.

You must have two PC's, a high-speed Internet connection, and a printer.  You must have at least one year of relative experience, excellent knowledge of the Windows platform, software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.  Knowledge of Windows networking is a plus. 

Finally, you must have strong organizational skills, excellent communicative skills, and patience.  Compensation is $8 to $12 per hour, commensurate with experience. Qualified applicants may email their resume and cover letter to hr@cbsits.com.  Good luck!
