Work at Home for Cricket Debt Counseling

Cricket Debt Counseling is seeking bilingual (fluent in Spanish/English) debt counselors to work with clients.  While the majority of the debt counseling is done online, there is a phone component.  This is where clients call to verify their identity, review their budgets, and have completion certificates issued. 

This is a work-from-home position.  Prior debt counseling or customer service experience is preferred.  You must have exceptional communication skills, a PC, and a working familiarity with email, the Web, instant messaging, and document and spreadsheet software.  Finally, you must have high-speed Internet access and an available phone line.  If interested, visit the Monster.com ad to apply.  Good luck!
