Work-at-Home Administrator and Customer Service Rep

A successful Philadelphia web-based business is seeking a work-at-home admin/customer service representative. The company is a provider of online training courses for healthcare professionals. Hours are 9am-3pm, Monday - Thursday and Friday 9am - noon. You will be answering telephone calls from clients, grading exams, and processing completion certificates and mailing labels. This is a 100% work-from-home position.

You must be organized, and possess excellent telephone and writing skills. You also must be computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Finally, you must have your own reliable computer with current versions of MS Word and Adobe Acrobat. You must have a quiet workspace.
