Verety hires work-at-home remote order specialists to provide customer service to its clients. Each work-at-home associate is provided a computer, the necessary software, reimbursement for Internet, a headset, paid training, and Web and phone based support. Remote order specialists are trained under experienced order takers for several weeks.
