An IT service & support firm is seeking someone to answer phones, relay support requests to the appropriate technician, and provide information to the company's technicians throughout the workday. Call volume is very light, and averages between 5 calls on a light day to 20 calls on a heavy day. This is a work-from-home position. Actual (realistic) work load will be 1-2 hours per day.
You must be available by phone and readily accessible to an Internet connected computer Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. You also must have excellent customer service skills, a good attitude, and possess basic computer skills. A background check is required. Compensation is $500 per month.
