Work from Home Call Monitoring Supervisor for Consulting Firm

Kowal and Associates, a customer service consulting firm, is seeking a work-from-home call monitoring supervisor.  You must have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience or call center monitoring experience, including coaching and reporting.  You also must have excellent computer skills, strong MS Excel skills, and knowledge of remote call monitoring systems.
