Work at Home Land Record Processor for IMAS, LLC

IMAS, LLC, an independent provider of software solutions for towns and cities across New England, is seeking a few competent individuals who can help with on-line verification and processing of municipal land records. Work is done in your home, over the Internet, on your schedule. Compensation is competitive. 

You must be a good communicator and a self-starter, with the ability to manage projects independently. Fluency in Word, Excel, and email are essential. CMC designation is a big plus. The perfect candidate must have 5 years current experience with land records, 5 years experience as a town clerk or land records title searcher, or has law firm experience as a clerk or paralegal.
