Found a great Thanksgiving recipe at Cooks.com.
Ingredients:
1 lg. box raspberry Jello
1 lb. fresh cranberries or 1 can of whole cranberries
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions:
- Cook fresh cranberries according to directions.
- Prepare 1 large box of raspberry Jello according to package directions.
- Add cranberries to Jello.
- Allow to cool before adding remaining ingredients. Allow to jell.
