Work-at-Home: Customer Service Agent for Smart Office Solutions

 
Smart Office Solutions is seeking customer service agents to manage inbound customer service inquiries, provide product info, troubleshoot, train customers, update account info, log calls, return customer messages, reply to customer emails, process incoming purchase orders, and route customer questions to the right department. 

You must have demonstrated customer service skills, preferably more than two years of proven customer service success, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, a strong computer background, and a familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.  You also must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.  Finally, you must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, a quiet work environment, a phone line dedicated during working hours, and an up-to-date computer using Windows XP.
