Assembla.com, a "rapidly growing online service for software teams," is seeking a customer service representative.  Hours are flexible.  You can either work at home or at Assembla.com's Needham office.

You will be reading and dealing with customer emails, handling phone calls, and handling customer requests concerning subscription packages.  You will be compensated an hourly rate, plus commission on closed sales.
